Meet Our Providers

Jim Pang, Jr., MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been in practice since 1978 and holds licenses to practice medicine in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. 

Dr. Pang graduated from Southwestern (now Rhodes College) in 1973 and the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1977. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, where he was also chief resident. He came to Memphis in 1987 to work as a psychiatrist and medical director at Lakeside Behavioral Health after teaching psychiatry as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Vermont School of Medicine for six years. 

In addition to seeing patients at Methodist Hospital in Memphis and Magnolia Regional Health Center, he is the Chairman of Psychiatry at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis and the medical director for Delta Behavioral Health in Manila and Blytheville, Arkansas.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Jim Pang, Jr. can be found cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Woo Pig Sooie!

Melanie Anon, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.

Melanie earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Arizona State University. Prior to that, she earned her BSN in Nursing from Arizona State University.

As a provider, Melanie’s goal is for her patients to feel seen and heard. Melanie prides herself on cultivating a collaborative relationship to create a holistic treatment plan that aligns with the patient’s treatment goals.

When not seeing patients, Melanie enjoys being outside with her family and pets, as well as gardening and cooking.

Javina Driver, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving patients at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee. She provides exceptional mental health care to patients in and around the Cordova community. 

Javina earned her Master of Science in Psychiatry Mental Health Specialty from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in sociology from Vanderbilt University School of Arts and Sciences. 

Patients under Javina’s care can expect a dedicated and compassionate provider who prioritizes a patient-centered approach that is focused on everyone’s needs and goals. 

When not seeing patients at Interventional Psychiatry Group, Javina enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her pet tortoise, B-Bop.

Schyler Webber, PMHNP-BC, is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner serving patients at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.

Schyler earned her Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Specialty from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in psychological sciences from Belmont University. 

As a provider, Schyler’s goal is for her patients to feel safe, heard, and cared for. Schyler prides herself on giving patients her undivided attention during appointments, and it is her goal for all patients to leave their visit feeling secure in the treatment plan created together. 

When not seeing patients, Schyler enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time outside with her husband and two standard poodles. 

Schyler is now accepting new child and adolescent patients ages 6 and up, as well as new adult and geriatric patients.

Amanda Woodall, PMHNP-BC,  is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.

Amanda earned her Doctorate of Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center. Prior to that, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mississippi. 

Amanda works hard to build collaborative relationships with her patients and believes in the power of shared decision-making when developing a treatment plan. While she carries the expertise in mental health treatment, it is her patients who are experts in telling their life stories. In order to create an effective treatment plan, the two must collaborate together. 

When not seeing patients, Amanda enjoys keeping up with sports. During college football season, you’ll find her cheering on Ole Miss and Alabama. She also enjoys all things basketball – college, NBA and WNBA.

Karen Roy, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee. She provides remarkable care to patients living in and around the Cordova community. 

Karen earned her Master of Arts in sociology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana State University. 

As a client of Karen at Interventional Psychiatry Group, you can expect to be treated with compassion and empathy while also being held accountable for your treatment journey. Karen emphasizes the importance of creating a trusting and soothing environment for clients to feel open and respected. 

When not seeing clients, Karen enjoys traveling with friends and family and attending LSU football games.

Jennifer is dedicated to continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of Interventional Psychiatry Group, allowing our healthcare professionals to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional patient care. Jennifer’s commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to streamline administrative processes and operations, optimizing resource allocation to enhance the patient’s experience. 

John administers our Spravato treatment to patients, taking great care to ensure each step is clear and going the extra mile to ensure all questions surrounding the process are answered.

Jalissia takes on much of the behind-the-scenes work at the practice, ensuring each provider and patient has the information needed to effectively treat and be treated. She works quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth operations at Interventional Psychiatry Group.

Katrina is the first in the room with each patient, skillfully taking vitals, performing health screens and more. She communicates and partners with the providers to ensure a patient’s seamless transition to provider care and treatment plan.

Suzannah administers our TMS treatment, guiding patients through the process in an informative and caring manner, ensuring each patient is comfortable throughout the duration of treatment.
