Jim Pang, Jr., MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been in practice since 1978 and holds licenses to practice medicine in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
Dr. Pang graduated from Southwestern (now Rhodes College) in 1973 and the University of Arkansas School of Medicine in 1977. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, where he was also chief resident. He came to Memphis in 1987 to work as a psychiatrist and medical director at Lakeside Behavioral Health after teaching psychiatry as an assistant clinical professor at the University of Vermont School of Medicine for six years.
In addition to seeing patients at Methodist Hospital in Memphis and Magnolia Regional Health Center, he is the Chairman of Psychiatry at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis and the medical director for Delta Behavioral Health in Manila and Blytheville, Arkansas.

Nga Huynh, MD, is a board-certified physician in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She practices at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Huynh earned her Doctor of Medicine from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. Following that, she pursued a Fellowship in Leadership Education in Neuro-Developmental Disabilities at the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dr. Huynh believes in the importance of evidence-based practice when prescribing psychotropic medications for the treatment of mental illnesses. Additionally, she encourages redirection and the adoption of positive behaviors, which result in a more sustainable outcome. Understanding the correlation between maladaptive patterns and mental health is a key component to her practice.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Nga Huynh enjoys visiting national parks with her family.

Shannon Pitts, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Interventional Psychiatry Group in Memphis, Tennessee.
Dr. Pitts graduated from Tennessee State University in 2001 and East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine in 2006. She completed her residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Following that, she pursued a Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

Andrew Parsley, DO, Dr. Parsley graduated from New York institute of Technology in Jonesboro, AR in 2023 as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Prior attending DO school, Dr. Parlsey earned of a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Rocky Vista University in Parker, CO, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Memphis. Dr. Parsley is planning to enter a Psychiatry Residency in the summer of 2025. In the meantime, he will be administering TMS and guiding patients through the process. Dr. Parlsey recognizes the intricate interplay between mind, body and spirit and nurturing each aspect to foster optimal mental health and well-being.
